Full Wolf Moon Forest Bathing by Lantern Light at Seapoint Headlands, Kittery Maine
Guided Forest Bathing with Lanterns! Experience bathing in the atmosphere of an ocean meadow & the the Wolf Moon rising over the ocean at Seapoint Beach in Kittery. Moonrise is around 4:30 pm that day, right in the middle of our session. Includes several guided nature meditations, slow walk, and ends with a bonfire Tea Gathering on the beach. A per person donation will be made to Kittery Land Trust.
Coastal Maine Winter Wonders
Ground yourself in nature in preparation for the new year! Come experience a guided group Forest Bathing + mindfulness exercises in the meadows, marsh and woodland loop ending in a warming bonfire Tea Gathering at the York Landtrust Headquarters. We will walk slowly over one mile total engaging in guided mindful movements and meditations. Perfect for beginners and seasoned forest bathers alike. No dogs kindly. Space is limited.

Engage all your senses in the splendor and color of Autumn in Coastal Maine. Featuring a slow walk and Guided Forest Bathing Session at York Land Trust's Fuller Forest Preserve. We will walk slowly over one mile total, engage in guided mindful movements and meditations, and end with a tea gathering in the forest. Perfect for beginners and seasoned forest bathers alike.

Simply Being: Guided Nature Therapy (Shinrin-Yoku) at the Shaker Bog
Engage all your senses on a slow, mindful guided journey through the 150 acre Shaker Bog. We will be exploring Shaker thoughts from Sister Ada S. Cummings, Sister R. Mildred Barker, and others throughout history and experiencing the diverse eco-system of the Shaker Bog through guided mindfulness invitations. Session concludes with a “Sharing Tea” in nature where we can soak up our experience with a final tasting sensory experience of Shaker tea and treats.
2 hour session begins and ends in Shaker Village. Space is limited.
Shinrin-Yoku Session at The MOFGA 2024 Common Ground Fair
Shinrin-Yoku or Guided Forest Bathing at the Common Ground Fair by Blue Fern Forest Bathing of Kittery Point Maine. Experience this nature immersion wellness experience where we walk slowly & mindfully, engage our senses to reconnect with the land, and soak in the forest's healing properties. Tripod camp chairs provided. 16 years and older only - 20 People Max Per Session. Rain or Shine - only high winds require reschedule - rain can be a sensory delight!

Join outdoor guide Nev Hoffman, Founder & Owner of Blue Fern, to experience nature unfolding through a meditative journey of pollinators hard at work at Cider Hill Farm. This will be a slow, gentle walk in the orchards with guided invitations to engage our senses among the breeze, bees, birds and butterflies.
