Join Anja Schneider of Salt Air Spirit and Nev Hoffman of Blue Fern Forest Bathing every Friday morning during the Summer months for a 45-minute FREE community wellness session that includes a gentle blend of gentle QiGong & Guided Forest Bathing practices for a restorative nature immersed mindfulness practice together. Each week will have an inspired theme. Connect with the community, enhance your well-being, and unwind in this peaceful coastal setting.

Seapoint Beach Headlands - Kittery Land Trust

Meet in parking lot right at beach entrance at 7am - we will mindfully walk to the Kittery Land Trust Headlands together. Please note that parking for non-Kittery residents is about a 5 minute walk up on Seapoint Rd - look for signs.
Session 2:
Long Sands Beach, York
Friday Mornings 7am-7:45
August 9th - September 6th
Meet at Bath House at 7am - we will walk together to ocean’s edge.
When available, free session will end with an optional 15 minute Tea Gathering extension from 7:45-8am where we will engage our sense of taste and reflect together as a group. Drop In Style - Registration available online or at the event - no RSVP needed. All sessions are free and open to the public. End your week with peace and harmony in nature!
