Guided Forest Bathing with Lanterns! Experience bathing in the atmosphere of the Kittery Land Trust Seapoint Beach Headlands at Seapoint Beach & the the Wolf Moon rising over the ocean. Moonrise is around 4:30 pm that day, right in the middle of our session. Includes several guided nature meditations, slow walk, and ends with a bonfire Tea Gathering on the beach.
