Braveboat Headwaters Preserve, Kittery Point Maine
Join us for a Earth Day inspired Spring Guided Forest Bathing Session where we will awaken our senses with nature in the coastal woodlands of Braveboat Headwaters Preserve in Kittery Point, Maine.
Our 2 hour session will include guided meditations, invitations to safely and mindfully explore the woods, and a tea gathering. Come experience for yourself the many research driven health benefits such as lowered blood pressure & increased well-being of Forest Bathing, or Shinrin Yoku. A portion of all sessions benefit Kittery Land Trust.
